Rapparees Leinster Club Championship Match To Be Broadcasted Live On TV

The 2021 Wexford club hurling champions are out in action on Saturday…

The Rapparees were crowned victorious in the Wexford Senior hurling championship for 2021. It was a day to remember for the Enniscorthy club, who were crowned champions for the first time in 43 years

Now, their attention turns to the Leinster Senior Hurling Club championship, which takes place this Saturday in O’Moore Park, Portlaoise.

The Rapparees will be facing the 2020 and 2021 Laois Senior hurling champions, Clough-Ballacolla, in the quarter-final on Saturday 27th November, with the throw-in scheduled for 5:30pm.

The Rapparees vs Clough-Ballacolla Leinster Club Senior hurling match will be broadcasted live on TV this Saturday too, which is great news for Wexford, Laois, and just GAA supporters as a whole.

It’ll be broadcasted on RTE2, with Damian Lawlor presenting the coverage.

There’s a real sense of anticipation building ahead of the Rapparees clash against the Laois champions. The Rapps’ comfortably defeated St Annes in the Wexford Senior hurling final and enter the Leinster championship game as slight favourites.
