Wexford Hurler Named PwC Hurler Of The Month

A Wexford hurler has been named the hurler of the month…

St Annes clubman Diarmuid ‘Dee’ O’Keeffe had been named the PwC player of the month for his recent performances in the Leinster hurling championship.

O’Keeffe is always a model of consistency for the Yellowbellies. Popping up with scores, working tirelessly throughout the pitch and setting up scores, O’Keeffe would be one of the first names in the team-sheet every time.

O’Keeffe will be hoping for another stellar performance in the upcoming All-Ireland semi-final, where the Model County will face either Tipperary or Laois. It’ll be the Yellowbellies’ first appearance in the All-Ireland semi-final stages since their draw and defeat to Cork in 2004.
