Three Wexford Natives Named To Represent Wexford In Abu-Dhabi Hurling Exhibition

The All-Stars travelled to the United Arab Emirates on Wednesday morning…

Three Wexford natives have been named to represent the county at the Abu Dhabi exhibition hurling tournament.

All-Stars Lee Chin and Dee O’Keeffe have been named in the 27-strong panel, which includes players from 13 counties. The trip to the UAE is a just reward for their efforts over the past number of years.

Members of the 2019 All-Star team will challenge members of the 2018 All-Star team in an exhibition match in front of a strong Irish expat community.

Wexford will also be represented by Askamore’s James Owens, who will be on sideline duties for man-in-the-middle David Gough.
