Wexford and Kilkenny games have rarely left us disappointed over the past number of years…

The two 2019 Leinster Senior hurling finalists will feature in another derby clash this Sunday, in the Walsh Cup semi-final.
Both sides, along with Galway, received automatic qualification to the semi-final stages of the competition.
The fixture details have now been confirmed for Wexford’s and Kilkenny’s first competitive game of the season.
The game will be played in Callan at 2pm on Sunday 12 Jan.
In the other semi-final, Walsh Cup champions Galway will face the winners of the preliminary group, more than likely Mattie Kenny’s Dublin.
It’ll be interesting to see what sort of team both Brian Cody and Davy Fitzgerald select.
