Transfer Deadline Day: Wexford Footballer Makes Move To Bolton Wanderers

It’s transfer deadline day and a Wexford native is on the move…

Ryan Delaney has put pen to paper and signed for Bolton Wanderers on an eighteen-month contract.

Delaney joins Bolton from Rochdale, although he was previously out on loan at Cork City, AFC Wimbledon and Burton Albion.

Delaney, who is defender, is aged just 23-years and he joins a Bolton side who currently sit in bottom spot of England’s League One.

Bolton, who have obtained only eight points this season, will be hoping that Delaney adds some much-needed stability to their back-line.
