Wexford Camógie Ace Scores 0-05 To Steer College Team To Glory

Just as some of the Wexford Senior hurlers represented their college teams in recent weeks, the performances of the Wexford camogie players haven’t gone unnoticed…

One Wexford camogie ace who starred recently was St Martins native, Chloe Foxe.

Playing for University College Dublin , the Wexford native scored 0-05 out of a possible 1-06. UCD would eventually go on to defeat TUD by three points, on a scoreline of 1-06 to -0-05. Other Wexford natives on that winning team included Fr O’Regan’s Úna Sinnott.

The Wexford natives were instrumental in the victory, which now sees UCD promoted to the top-tier of the college’s competition.

Unsuprisingly, for her gallant efforts on the field, Foxe would also receive the player of the match award following Sunday’s encounter.

Only a number of tickets for the charity raffle remain. Purchase raffle tickets here.
