No Increase Of Coronavirus Cases in Wexford In The Last 24 Hours

It’s more relatively good news for the people of Wexford…

New figures released by the Department of Health this evening (15 May) shows that there’s 208 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in County Wexford.

This does not represent any increase of Covid-19 cases in Wexford in the past 24 hours. Yesterday, there was an increase of two, while on Wednesday, an increase of four Covid cases were reported.

Figures released today highlighted that 129 Covid-19 cases were reported in the Republic of Ireland.

Unfortunately, an additional 16 people have died from Covid-19. This brings the total Covid-19 related death tally in Ireland to 1518 people.

There is now a total of 23,956 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Ireland.

In other Covid-19 related news, the Republic of Ireland will enter Phase 1 of the easing of the restrictions on Monday.
