House Prices Across County Wexford Down By 5% In June

House prices across County Wexford are down by 5.1%…

The house prices across county Wexford for the month of June are down by 5.1% when comparing with the house prices from the same month last year (2019).

This is according to property website Daft’s latest housing market report, which is available here.

The average asking price for a home in Wexford now stands at €198,158. Except for Carlow (€188,108), it’s one of the lowest in the South East region of Ireland, with Wicklow (€316,007), Kilkenny (€219,683) and Waterford (€219, 854) all having a higher asking price.

The national average sale price of a house came in at €254,000.

The report also finds that the national average cost for renting a property is €1,402 monthly, while €2023 is the average monthly rent price in Dublin.
