A 42-year-old male has been charged with the murder of another man in Co Wexford after a recent court appearance…

A report from RTE noted that David Bolger, an Enniscorthy native, was before Gorey District Court on Wednesday in relation to the death of Przemyslaw Klimczuk on May 1st 2020.
Detective Garda Paul Hayes told the court that he arrested Mr Bolger at 11.51am at Irish street and the accused was then charged at Enniscorthy Garda Station at 12.33pm.
RTE have also reported that Mr Bolger made no reply when charged.
He will remain in custody after Judge John Cheatle remanded him to appear via video link to Cloverhill District Court on Tuesday 8th of September.

Edward King, Bolger’s solicitor, applied for free legal aid for his client which was granted after the court heard Mr Bolger was unemployed.
Mr Klimczuk was originally from Poland, but he had lived in Wexford for a number of years.
