Wexford Man Appointed As The New Minister Of State

A Wexford man has been appointed as the new Minister of State at the Department of Justice…

Wexford native James Browne has been appointed as the new Minister of State for Law Reform at the Department of Justice.

The position was free after the now-former Minister of State for Law and Reform at the Department of Justice, Charlie McConalogue, was newly-appointed as the Minister for Agriculture.

McConalogue is the third person to be appointed the new Minister for Agriculture in a short period of time, after Barry Cowen and Dara Calleary had both lost their jobs.

It’s great to see that Wexford once again has a voice at the Government table, with the appointment of James Browne TD as a Junior Minister.

At Wexford Weekly, we’d like to wish James Browne TD the very best of luck in his new post.
