22 Cases Of Covid-19 In Wexford Yesterday, Over 800 Cases In Republic Today

Wexford has seen another spike of Covid-19 cases…

Wexford Weekly can now confirm that Wexford saw an increase of 22 new and confirmed cases yesterday .

This was revealed following this evening’s press briefing and with the Government’s release of their statement, which updated the county-by-county table.

Today , the HPSC has been notified of 825 confirmed cases of COVID-19 across the Republic of Ireland.

Of the cases notified today:

426 are men / 392 are women

78% are under 45 years of age

the median age is 30 years old

254 in Dublin, 147 in Cork, 39 in Cavan, 38 in Donegal, 37 in Kildare and the remaining 310 cases are spread across 20 other counties

Meanwhile, another Covid-19 test centre has been set up in county Wexford as a result of the climbing positive cases in the county recently.
