Bookies Release Odds For Wexford’s Championship Games This Weekend

Both the Wexford Senior hurlers and the Wexford Senior footballers are out this weekend in the Leinster Championship…

Fitzgerald’s Wexford Senior hurlers will face Galway in an highly-anticipated clash this Saturday in Croke Park. Saturday evening’s clash is a Leinster semi-final.

On the same day, the Wexford Senior footballers will face Wicklow. Having lost to the Garden County in a promotion decider just last weekend, Shane Roche’s team will be out to avenge their loss and to move onto the next stages of the competition.

The bookies, including PaddyPower and other Irish bookmakers, have released their odds for the upcoming games.

Galway enter the Leinster semi-final as slight favourites, priced at 8/11. Wexford are priced at 11/8, while the draw is tipped at 8/1.

Meanwhile, in the football, the bookies can’t find a way to separate the two teams. Both Wicklow and Wexford are priced at even money, while the draw is tipped at 15/2.
