There has been a rise in Covid-19 figures recently.

In the previous 14 days, Wexford recorded 356 new Covid-19 cases.

The county’s incidence rate now stands at 237.8, which makes Wexford the third highest in Ireland. Not long ago, we were the county boasting the lowest incidence rate.

In the Republic of Ireland, an additional 970 cases of Covid-19 were confirmed today.

The news comes just after the Irish Government have increased restrictions for the Festive period which could last into February and March.
