Over 240 Cases Of Covid-19 In Wexford Registered As Country Sees Record-High Numbers

There has been thousands of new Covid-19 cases in Ireland reported daily over the previous few days..

Today, , Wexford registered a record-high 244 new cases of Covid-19.

1030 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Wexford in the previous two weeks.

This was confirmed following this evening’s press statement.

It was a day when 7,836 new cases were confirmed in the Republic of Ireland, one of the largest numbers since the pandemic started. An additional seventeen people have unfortunately died as a result of the virus.

With the rising numbers, we encourage everyone to stay safe and to stay at home. Together, we will get through this — and there is light at the end of the tunnel too as Covid-19 vaccinations are currently being rolled out across the country.
