Over THREE HUNDRED New Cases Of Covid-19 In Wexford In The Past 24 Hours

Over three hundred new Covid-19 cases were confirmed in Wexford in the past 24 hours…

Today, , Wexford registered a record-high 315 new cases of Covid-19.

It follows the 244 Covid-19 cases that were confirmed just yesterday.

1,289 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Wexford in the previous two weeks.

This was confirmed following this evening’s press statement.

At this evening’s press conference, the Department of Health also clarified that there is no longer a ‘backlog’.

It was a day when 6,521 new cases were confirmed in the Republic of Ireland, one of the largest numbers since the pandemic started. An additional ten people have unfortunately died as a result of the virus.

With the rising numbers, we encourage everyone to stay safe and to stay at home. Together, we will get through this — and there is light at the end of the tunnel too as Covid-19 vaccinations are currently being rolled out across the country.
