Wexford Native Extends Professional Rugby Contract

It’s great to see Wexford people doing well…

Wexford native Paul Boyle recently extended his professional rugby contract.

Boyle, who hails from North Wexford, announced that he has extended his contract with Connacht Rugby for another two years.

This season, the 24-year-old enjoyed a season which saw him become a central player in the team, even captaining the team for a spell. In December, when he first captained the side, the Wexford man scored a hat-trick of tries.

“I’m delighted to have signed on with Connacht Rugby for another two years. Enjoyed every minute of it so far. I’m looking forward to the next few seasons,” Boyle stated.
