Man (25) Who Died In Wexford Road Crash Named Locally

Some very sad news broke across our screens and airwaves yesterday morning….

A 25-year-old man died and three more people were injured following a road traffic collision in Co Wexford in the early hours of Saturday morning.

At approximately 1:40am, Gardaí and emergency services attended at the scene of a single car collision on the N25 at Drinagh on the Rosslare Road.

One of the passengers in the car, a 25-year-old man, was taken to Wexford General Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

The man, named locally as Sean Hurley with an address at Tagoat in County Wexford, sadly lost his life while being a passenger of the car.

A private family funeral will take place on Wednesday, 2pm.

Gardai are also appealing to anyone with camera footage from along this route at the time of the collision to make it available to investigators.
