The Jim Bolger trained horse ‘Poetic Flare’ with 54-year-old Dublin native Kevin Manning on board has won the 2000 Guineas at 3:40 in Newmarket.

Today’s 16/1 win lands Jim Bolger his second ever 2000 Guineas win. Remarkably, Poetic Flare is son of his 2000 Guineas winner Dawn Approach.
