Wexford DJ Going Live To Help To Raise Funds For Gorey Youth Needs

A Wexford DJ will be going live to help raise funds for Gorey Youth Needs…

On Friday, May 28th Wexford DJ and Producer Jakadam will be doing a live DJ set from Gorey Youth Needs to raise much-needed funds to go towards transportation costs for Gorey Youth Needs Group summer activities.

Jakadam has been making a name for himself in the Irish music scene with 8’000 followers across his social media and over 50’000 streams of his music on Spotify.

Jakadam is a monthly resident on Ibiza Club News Radios ‘The Club ‘which has one million followers across all social media channels and is host to a big lineup of international DJs and brands such as Defected, Glitterbox, Claptone, and BBC Radio 1’s Danny Howard.

He has also had a string of mixes played on regional and national Irish radio stations such as Spin 1038 and Beat 102 103, iRadio, and many more. Jakadam will be going live for his May radio show from GYNG headquarters for a once-off charity DJ set fundraiser to try to raise these vital funds.   Error, group does not exist! Check your syntax! Gorey Youth Needs work very hard to provide much-needed supports to young people in the Gorey and Courtown areas. Like all charity-based groups, GYNG was hit badly during the Covid-19 Pandemic so fundraisers like these are vital in helping with the continuation of supports for young people in the area.

The live fundraiser will happen over Gorey Youth Needs Group & Jakadam’s social media pages at 6 pm on Friday 28th May.  You can find Jakadam and Gorey Youth Needs Group on social media @jakadamdj and @GoreyYouthGroup.
