The Wexford Senior hurling match versus Kilkenny has been rescheduled and it will take place today…
The Kilkenny vs Wexford Allianz Hurling League clash will take place today at 3 pm in Nowlan Park.
Wexford Senior hurling manager Davy Fitzgerald has named his starting fifteen:
1 / James Lawlor
2 / Shane Reck
3 / Liam Ryan
4 / Joe O’Connor
5/ Glen Malone
6 / Matthew O’Hanlon
7 / Dee O’Keeffe
8 / Liam Og McGovern
9 / Jack O’Connor
10 / Conor Devitt
11 / Aidan Nolan
12 / Rory O’Connor
13 / Harry Kehoe
14 / Mikie Dwyer
15 / Kevin Foley
The team is a mix between experience and youth. Notably, wing-back and Shelmaliers club man Glen Malone will make his Wexford Senior hurling debut today while James Lawlor finds himself between the posts.
Regular starters Lee Chin, Conor McDonald, Mark Fanning and Simon Donohoe are all absent from today’s starting fifteen, however, that could change before throw-in.
Wexford will be hoping to make it three from three in this year’s Allianz Hurling League campaign with a win over Kilkenny today. They previously defeated both Laois and Clare.
Originally, the clash was due to air on the TG4 player, however, that is not the case anymore. Despite this, it is available to watch live on GAAGo’s platform for €5.
