We’ve published almost 2,000 articles on our site since its launch back in 2017..

So far, this year, we’ve seen almost half-a-million people access our website to view our site’s Wexford-based content.

Even though we are half-way through the year, we take a look back at some of our most viewed articles in 2021. We’ll have another look at the stats in Jan’ 2022 to see if anything changes.

In January, Karen Furlong, who practices as a Shamanic Practitioner, believes she caught an image of the supernatural in Wexford. The ghost was pictured just outside the St Mary’s church grounds in New Ross, Wexford.

As part of our “Wexford Weekly – Wexford’s Best campaign”, we are searching for the best of everything that Wexford has to offer. We looked at, and are currently running polls, on various sectors in Wexford. One that sparked a lot of interest, however, was the article and poll on Wexford’s Best Beer Gardens. It was one that sparked interest, but also divided opinion.

In February, Wexford’s Gary Dempsey, who is a former professional footballer, spoke out against an extended Covid-19 lockdown in an open video address to his Twitter followers. We embedded the video into an article and shared it to onto our platform. Gary’s post certainly touched a note with many frustrated individuals across the county.

Amazing House in Wexford with Outdoor Pool Placed up For Sale

Only yesterday, we published an article on our site. An amazing house was placed up for sale along sea-side area of Kilmuckridge. To be fair, it is amazing and it’s clearly a dream home for many people. Already, the article has surpassed 10,000 views on our site.
