Positive Covid-19 Case In Wexford Camogie Camp But Match Still Goes Ahead

There has been a positive Covid-19 case in the Wexford Camogie camp..

Wexford will play their Round 1 match against Limerick on Saturday. The game takes place in Newcastle West in Limerick, with throw-in at 2:30pm.

Aidan Delaney of South East Radio confirmed the news today that there has been a positive Covid-19 case in the Wexford camp. Wexford Camogie confirmed that their teams’ manager, Kevin Tattan, has tested positive for Covid-19.

Wexford Camogie have since confirmed that the match will still be going ahead and that this is an isolated case.

A live stream of the Wexford-Limerick camogie game will be made available on Wexford Weekly tomorrow via Wexford Camogie’s official YouTube channel.
