Gardai in Wexford caught a motorist in Wexford breaking five rules at once on Wednesday.

The Wexford Garda Division issued a brief statement and encouraged all drivers to ensure that all journeys are legal.

“Gardaí from the Divisional Burglary Response Unit while on patrol yesterday stopped this car in Enniscorthy. They discovered using the mobility device that the driver was disqualified from driving. The driver was also driving while unaccompanied and not displaying “L” plates. The car was also not taxed. The driver was arrested and charged for having no driving licence and will appear in Court. The car was seized. Please make sure you and your vehicle are legal before you take to the roads,” a spokesperson said.

The driver will now have to face the Courts.
