Wexford Family Will Be Starring In Ireland’s Fittest Family This Evening

A Wexford family will be taking part in this year’s Ireland’s Fittest Family…

This year, Wexford people will be paying close attention to the hit RTE show.

Not just because Wexford’s former hurling manager Davy Fitzgerald will be returning to our lives, but also due to the fact that one family will be representing Wexford.

The one family representing Wexford at this year’s Ireland’s Fittest Family are the Kinsellas from Marshalstown, Enniscorthy.

Caoimhe Kinsella is a member of the Leinster Girls Boxing Development squad.

The other members of the Kinsella family competing in the programme include David, Patrick, and Michael.

Ireland’s Fittest Family returns to our television screens this Sunday at 6:30 on RTE1.

Mairead Ronan will be back on the hunt to find the nation’s fittest families.

On Sunday’s show, the first heat featuring McCarthys, the Lehanes, the Greenans, and the Bissetts. While we could be introduced to the Wexford family, they will not be prominently featuring on Sunday’s show. Instead, we’ll be first introduced to the Wexford family on Sunday 21st November.

Last year, two Wexford families took part in the show — and one Wexford family were crowed the champions of the hit TV show.

The O’Mahoney’s made Wexford people proud and it was a victory which saw a Davy Fitz led team win the series for the very first time. This year, we’re hoping of more of the same.
