Wexford Native Signs Aussie Rules Contract Extension

Wexford native Barry O’Connor has signed a contract extension with professional Australian Football side, Sydney Swans.

O’Connor’s new contract will see him remain at the Australian football club for one more year at least.

O’Connor, who is now 23 years old, joined the club 2019 and signed a two-year contract with the Swans.

This new contract is great news for O’Connor and it shows that the young Wexford man is highly regarded down under.

Recently, O’Connor flew home to Ireland and some beautiful moments, where he met his family and friends, was captured on camera.
