Here’s Who North End And Moyne Rangers Got In The Next Round Of The FAI Junior Cup

The draw for the 5th Round of the FAI Junior Cup was made today…

Those interested in Wexford football had a close eye on the draw as two Wexford teams were included.

Both North End and Moyne Rangers were representing Wexford in the draw, having won their previous games in the national Cup competition.

The FAI Junior Cup is a cup competition organized by the Football Association of Ireland for junior association football clubs from the Republic of Ireland.

In 2018, Wexford-based football side North End won the competition, after dramatically defeating Whitehall on penalties at the Aviva Stadium.

Attention now turns to this year’s competition and will be looking to replicate that similar success of ’18.

In the next round of this year’s competition, Enniscorthy’s Moyne Rangers have been drawn against Crumlin (Dublin).

Meanwhile, North End have been drawn against the winners of either Booth Road (Clondalkin, Dublin) or Muirheavnamor (Dundalk).

Both games are scheduled to take place the week ending the 16th January.
