Wexford And Limerick Allianz League Match To Be Broadcasted Live On TG4

Wexford will be welcoming the All-Ireland champions to Chadwicks Wexford Park this weekend…

Wexford will play Limerick in Round 1 of the Allianz Hurling League Division 1 on Sunday, February 6th at 1:45pm in Chadwicks Wexford Park.

The game, which takes place on Sunday, will also be broadcasted live on TG4. The round one clash on the Irish broadcaster will be presented by Micheál Ó Domhnaill with commentary from Mac Dara Mac Donncha.

Despite Wexford’s heavy loss to Dublin in the Walsh Cup final last weekend, a large crowd is still expected to show up to welcome the Treaty men to town.

Given the crowd that showed up to watch the Wexford and Kilkenny Walsh Cup semi-final, a bigger crowd is expected for the upcoming Allianz League match.

Wexford supporters will be hoping that they have learned some tough lessons following the Walsh Cup final loss and that the Yellowbellies will be ready for battle against John Kiely’s side next Sunday.

Tickets for this Sunday’s game have also been released and are currently on sale via the GAA’s Official site.
