Wexford Pub Gives Ultimatum To Thieves Who Stole Tables From Their Outdoor Area

A Wexford pub has given an ultimatum to thieves who allegedly stole tables from their car park recently…

The ‘One for the Road’ pub located in Ballycanew, Wexford, has given an ultimatum to the suspected thieves.

In a public post issued on their social media channels this afternoon (Thursday), the pub stated that “persons were responsible for the theft of two white tables from the car park of One for the Road”.

The owners of the pub have since given the thieves an ultimatum.

In the post, they stated that no further action will occur if the property is returned.

However, if the thieves do not bring back the tables to the rightful owner, then the “CCTV footage which covers the pubs and the surrounding areas will be handed over to the Gardai”.

One can assume that civil action may be followed should the tables not be returned.

The CCTV footage allegedly shows thieves placing the tables into a white van with its number plate clearly shown before driving off.

Some people who commented on the online post stated that it’s really bad that people can go as low as to rob tables from a property.

We’ll follow this story to see if the tables are returned to their owner.
