Wexford Woman Four Times Over Drink-Driving Limit In County Down Pleads Guilty

A Wexford woman has pled guilty to a drink driving offence…

Wexford woman, Kate Lynch, from Davitt Road North in Wexford town has pled guilty to drink driving following an incident in Newcastle, County Down.

As reported by the Sunday Life, the Wexford woman was four times over the drink-driving limit when she crashed into a shop at a caravan park, namely Mourneview Caravan Park.

At the time, she also had her two young children in the back of the car.

When the PSNI arrived, they arrested the woman and brought her to Belfast Police station.

The Wexford woman, now overcome with remorse, was banned off the road for one year and also fined £200.
