An Bord Pleanála will reconsider an application for a hotel in Wexford…

A report this morning in the Irish Examiner states that the Irish planning authority will now reconsider an application for a 142-bedroom hotel in Wexford town.

The proposed hotel, an application submitted by the Neveille brothers, is situated across from the bridge in Wexford town.

The application has been granted by Wexford County Council, however, it has been rejected by An Bord Pleanála on two seppatate occasions.

After the second rejection, the Neville brothers planned to challenge decision at the High Couty.

It has now emerged that An Bord Pleanála plan on “quashing” their previous rejection – and that they will reconsider future applications.
