Status Orange Weather Warning In Place For Wexford And Other Counties

Met Éireann has issued a Status Orange rain and thunderstorm warning for 16 counties, which is set to come into effect at 11pm tonight…

Wexford is one of the counties impacted by the Status Orange weather warning.

The warning effects all counties in Leinster, as well as Cavan, Monaghan, Tipperary and Waterford.

The forecaster, Met Eireann, stated on Thursday evening that:

“Heavy rainfall with embedded thunderstorms will likely cause flooding.”

As per the information provided by the weather forecaster, the warning will end at around 5:00 am tomorrow morning (Friday).
