Gym-Goers In Gorey Complete 24-Hour Fitness Marathon To Help Raise Vital Funds

Gym-goers at Patrick Curley PEAK Fitness Studio in Gorey gathered together in an attempt to raise vital funds….

A fundraiser, which was set up by Gorey councillor Andrew Bolger, aimed to raise 10,000 euro. The money raised will go towards a defibrillator, as there is no public access to a defibrillator in Gorey Town.

Gym-goers at Patrick Curley PEAK Fitness studio took part in a 24-hour gym session. Over the weekend, they completed the 24-hour gym session, with a large number of people taking part to help with the cause.

Other businesses around the town such as Liz Collins Boutique and Paddy Blues have also got involved with helping to raise vital funds.

At the time of writing, the fundraiser has reached just over half of its aim with 5600 euro raised of their 10,000 euro aim. To donate to the fundraiser, you can go to GoFundMe here.
