New Figures Show That There Are Over 600 Ukrainian Students Across Wexford Schools

The Department of Education updated their data today…

Their updated data today is to represent the number of Ukrainian students currently enrolled across Irish schools.

The Department of Education released a publicly available county-by-county breakdown of the data.

The data shows that there are over 600 Ukrainian students enrolled across Wexford schools.

The total number of Ukrainian students enrolled across Ireland schools stands at 637 students. In Wexford primary schools, there are 433 Ukrainian students enrolled, while in various post-primary schools across the county, there are 204 Ukrainian students enrolled.

Nationally, 13,753 Ukrainian pupils have been enrolled in schools across Ireland. 

The Department will continue to publish figures on the enrolment of Ukrainian children each month. These enrolment figures are up to 22 December, but they were published on January 2nd 2023.
