It is an excellent occasion, with many fighters hoping to put their name down in history and claim silverware on the national stage.
In one of the Elite finals, Wexford boxer Dean Walsh will be taking on Jon McConnell of Holy Trinity Boxing Club, with the fight likely to get underway at approximately 8:30pm or 8:40pm.
Wexford man Dean Walsh will be hoping to claim his fifth national elite title with a win this evening.
