Wexford Native To Represent County At Mr Personality Festival

A Wexford man will be representing the county at the Mr Personality Festival this weekend…

Mr. Wexford, Ronan Finn, hails from the Askamore-Kilrush area in Wexford.

Ronan is a member of Wexford Macra which are a thriving community of 17-35 year olds that aims to advocate for rural and youth farmers.

Ronan will be competing at the Mr Personality Festival this Friday, April 14th.

The 28-year-old Wexford man is a self-confessed man-of-many-talents, but his hobbies include hill walking, cattle-showing, and rugby.

“I will make a good representative for Wexford because I will give it 1100%. I also feel after joining Macra, I have evolved a lot as a person. I would have been quite shy and Macra really has helped me to become more outgoing. I also fell like, my personality would suit this as I try to include everyone in every activity, lighten the mood and make sure everyone is having the craic and enjoying each activity we are involved in,” Ronan told Wexford Weekly ahead of the event.

The festival has been kindly sponsored by Kilkenny, Carlow and District Farm Relief Services.

Banquet tickets on sale from the Talbot Hotel in Clonmel. Call the hotel on 052 618 8700 to purchase (Banquet meal and entry to the afters included in the ticket) / Friday night entry payable on the door.
