Wexford Actor To Play Major Part In Upcoming Netflix Series Described As ‘Kinkiest Yet’

Irish actress Charlie Murphy is set to star in a new show on Netflix which centres around a dangerous love triangle…

Murphy is a Wexford actress and a native of Enniscorthy.

The former Love/Hate and Peaky Blinders star will play the role of Anna Barton in ‘Obsession’. In the hit Irish crime drama series Love/Hate, Murphy played the role of Siobhan Delaney while in Peaky Blinders, she played the role of Jessie Eden.

Anna embarks on a secret affair with her soon to be father-in-law, William, played by Hollywood star, Richard Armitage.

Obsession is based on the 1991 novel ‘Damage’ by Josephine Hart.

The upcoming Netflix series entitled ‘Obsession’ is an erotic thriller and it has been described as the “kinkiest yet” by Rolling Stone Magazine.

‘Obsession’ will hit our Netflix screens this Thursday.
