Player’s Re-Introduction To Panel Will Be Music To Model’s Ears

After some mesmeric performances in the Senior hurling championship and the Wexford u-21 hurling championship in 2017, Wexford fans will be delighted to hear of this return…

St Martins and Wexford hurling prospect Rory O’Connor has been given the number 22 jersey for tomorrow’s clash versus Tipperary.

The St Martins prospect was pivotal to his club’s successful hurling year, scoring an incredible 4-20 from play in the Senior Hurling championship.

O’Connor unfortunately, suffered a knee injury before the county final versus Oulart-The Ballagh, however, he still played that game will heavy strapping.

That knee injury kept the St.Martins prodigy out of action for the Cuala match and hasn’t featured for club or county since then.

If there’s anything positive about tomorrow, it’s Rory O’Connor’s re-introduction to the panel and his quick recovery from knee-ligament damage.

Unfortunately, in other news, Wexford inter-county defender Eoin Moore is expected to be out of action for several weeks after suffering a leg injury in training.

‘Moore’ details about his injury will follow shortly.
