2020 has gone from bad to worse for some businesses and people alike in Enniscorthy…
A day of bright blue skies and warm weather finished with a heavy downpour, thunder, and lightning this evening.
Unfortunately, some businesses in Enniscorthy have felt the brunt of the unpredictable Irish weather this evening.
The rain was so heavy that part of the roof collapsed in Pettitt’s SuperValu, Enniscorthy. Thankfully, nobody was injured.
In addition to that, videos have surfaced showing water enter the premises of some of the businesses in the town.
Judging by the video, The Holy Grail restaurant seemed to be one of the businesses hit with water damage at approximately 8:30pm this evening.
