Man In His 30s Dies Following Farm Incident In Wexford

A man in his 30s has died following a farm accident in Wexford…

The incident took place this morning at approximately 8:30am. The man was working on a farm in Ballycarney Co Wexford.

“Gardaí attended the scene of a fatal farm accident that occurred in Ballycarney, Co. Wexford this morning Thursday, 9th July, 2020 at approximately 8:30am,” a Garda spokesperson said.

According to a report on South East Radio, the man also has young children.

Gardai have attended the scene and the man’s body was removed to Waterford Mortuary for a post mortem examination.

The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) have also been notified of the incident, and are now investigating the circumstances of the accident.

The man’s name will become public once all of the family are notified.
