Sad News As Search For Missing Martin Ends As Body Recovered

The search for a man who had been missing from Wexford has been stood down…

Sad news spread across Wexford today after the body of 29-year-old Martin Donohoe was recovered.

Martin Donohoe had been missing from Enniscorthy since Tuesday, 26 October. 

A multi-agency search had been taking place along the Rose Kennedy Bridge area in New Ross.

Today, Mallow Search & Rescue shared the sad news:

“The search in New Ross has concluded this afternoon with discovery of a male person. The body was recovered by Mallow Search & Rescue in a joint operation with Waterford Marine Search & Rescue members and transported to New Ross in our boat. Sincere condolences to his family & friends. RIP.”

RIP.
