Wexford GAA Confirm 2021 Hurling Player And Young Player Of The Year Nominations

Several Wexford hurlers are in the running for an illustrious award…

Five Wexford club hurlers have been nominated for the Glen Fuels Player of the Year for 2021. They include Rapparrees trio Alan Tobin, Ben Edwards and Kevin Foley along with St Martins’ Jack O’Connor and St Annes’ Diarmuid O’Keeffe.

Meanwhile, five young Wexford club hurlers have been nominated for the Glen Fuels Young Player of the Year. Five different clubs are represented in this category. They include Rapparrees’ Oisin Pepper, Cian Byrne of Fethard, Corey Byrne Dunbar of Ferns, Kyle Scallan of Faythe Harriers and Liam Schokman of St Annes.

Details of the ceremony have not yet been revealed, but Wexford GAA have confirmed that they will be share the details next week.

The ceremony will take place on the Wexford GAA TV platform.
