Two Wexford Pubs In Ideal Locations Placed Up For Sale

A popular pub in County Wexford has been placed up for sale…

Gaynor’s Pub, located at Wygram Place, Wexford Town, has been placed up for sale.

The pub has been listed on Daft.ie, but the price must be requested on application.

Gaynor’s Pub is described as “truly one of Wexford’s landmark trophy properties.”

It’s nestled at the top of Hill Street and the 3 storey property commands attention from many routes into the town and has gained a reputation for hospitality from locals and visitors alike.

The pub operates over 3 locations, with the bar offering a light and bright airy space including pool facilities and fully-fitted bar.

The spacious lounge presents a larger space, equally as inviting as the bar, while the exceptional, modern beer garden (including original stone walls) offers a third space for guests to enjoy the warmth and welcoming atmosphere associated with the pub.

Their modern beer garden, as mentioned above, was voted in the Top 10 beer gardens in Wexford in a poll ran by Wexford Weekly last year.

In other Wexford pub news, another pub in Gorey has been placed on the market. Bob’s Bar and Next Door off-license on Gorey’s main street has been placed up for sale with a guide price of €595,000.
