The Wexford hurlers take on Clare this weekend…
Clare will be travelling to Wexford Park again to face the Yellowbellies. With two wins from two, the confidence is high in the Banner County as the game approaches.
Although it’s a brand new campaign, Clare will also be aware that they can inflict damage on Wexford. Last year, when Clare travelled to Wexford Park, the thrashed Wexford on a score-line of 6-25 to 1-18.
The match, which is round 3 of the Allianz Hurling League, takes place this Sunday 25th at 1:45pm in Wexford Park.
The match will be streamed live and for free on the TG4 Player app online.
Wexford enter the game having drawn their two previous matches in the campaign, to Kilkenny and then to Offaly. Meanwhile, Clare enter as table-toppers, defeating Cork and Waterford in their first two games.
It’ll be good news for those not attending the game. Tickets are available for purchase here and in the usual SuperValu and Centra stores. They cost €20 for adults and €15 for students/OAPs. U16s go free and do not require a ticket.
