There’s a buzz in the air as the hurling and football championships loom upon us once again…
Davy Fitzgerald’s Wexford Senior hurling side have received a bye straight into the Leinster Senior hurling semi-final for the upcoming 2020 Leinster championship campaign. Both Kilkenny and Wexford, the 2019 Leinster finals, received byes into the semi-finals stages.
A live draw, which took place on RTE Six One News, confirmed the fixture schedule for the upcoming hurling and football season.
Wexford have been drawn against Galway in the Leinster semi-final, while the winners of Dublin and Laois will take on Kilkenny in the other semi-final.
Both semi-finals are pencilled in for the weekend of October 31st/November 1st 2020.
