Paranormal Wexford House Loftus Hall Is Now Up For Sale

One of Wexford’s spookiest houses is now on the market…

Loftus Hall has been placed for sale by its current co-owner, Aidan Quigley. Both Quigley and his co-owner bought the house for €600,000 in 2011 and they have since placed about €1.5 million worth of renovations into it.

The house is up for sale for a nice €2.5 million, with the current owners expecting interest from those fascinated in the paranormal.

“Loftus Hall was for sale in 2011. I would have grown up close by here, so we would have known the history of Loftus Hall. We got drawn in by the legend… at the time it was at the very bottom of the property market, and there weren’t many people interested in buying it,” Aidan said, speaking on the Pat Kenny Show.

“We took a chance. There was some nice farmland with it. The primary goal was to save the house.

“It was very close to dereliction, so we wanted to make sure that wasn’t going to happen. We didn’t really have any business plan for it,” he said.

Do you know anyone who has 2.5 million lying around and is interested in buying this house? Well, you should let them know.
