Three late points secured the victory for the Starlights in today’s Wexford Senior Football final…
With little separating the teams for the majority of the game, it looked likely that the Wexford Senior County Football final today between Castletown and the Starlights was destined for extra-time.
However, three late points from the Starlights — with two coming from sharpshooter Alan Tobin and the last one from Ricky Fox helped to secure a 1-11 to 1-09 victory for the Enniscorthy club.
