A new Covid-19 Test Centre has opened up in county Wexford…

A new Covid-19 mobile test centre has been opened in Ferns.

The new test centre is located at the grounds of Ferns GAA Club.

The HSE have asked to use our complex to operate a Pop up Covid testing centre, and we have agreed.  This will commence tomorrow, Monday October 12th.  We wish to advise our Members, Patrons and Community that this will in no way effect or limit the use of our grounds,— Official Ferns GAA (@FernsGAA) October 12, 2020

Attendance at the test centre is by GP referral or arrangement via the HSE only.

“The HSE is concerned at a recent spike in confirmed cases of Covid 19 in the North Co. Wexford area and is appealing for individuals, businesses and community organisations to support its necessary contact tracing operations,” the HSE said in a media press statement released today .

Testing will also continue at the Whitemill Test Centre in Wexford continue.
