Wexford’s Paul Boyle Scores Hat-Trick Of Tries On Night He First Captains Connacht

It’s safe to say that Paul Boyle won’t forget this night for a while…

Connacht rugby coach Andy Friend called upon Wexford native Paul Boyle to captain the side in last night’s clash against Benetton Ruby.

Connacht won the game by 31-14.

On the same night that he first captained the Connacht Senior Rugby side, Boyle also scored a hat-trick of tries.

Boyle, a 23-year-old man from North Wexford, also received the Man of The Match award and spoke to TG4 following the game:
