It’s not long ‘til Paddy’s Day..
Professional Wexford boxer Niall ‘Boom Boom’ Kennedy has been named on an exciting Paddy’s Day card.
Kennedy, a Gorey native and a Garda, will join an array of other Irish talent. The event will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on March 20th, 2021.
Other Irish fighters on the Celtic Warrior Gym and MHD Promotion card include Ray Moylette, Eric Donovan, Rhys Moran, Nick Campbell, Craig O’Brien and Niall O’Connor.
The Gorey native, who also enjoyed a lengthy amateur boxing career, will be hoping to do one better than his last outing after he suffered his second-professional loss to Alen Babic on a Matchroom Promotions card on Sky Sports in April of last year.
