20-year-old Enniscorthy native Jordan Gainford has just won the 15:40, The Paddy Power Handicap Chase, at today’s Cheltenham festival.
Gainford has previously been labelled a ‘future star’ and ‘one to watch’.
After that cool and collected performance on one of the biggest stages, we can see why. After Gainford’s win, it meant that ‘The Shunter’s’ connections also picked up a bonus of 100k.
